About the Course
Supervision in Texas comes with a lot of moving parts. Board rules, supervision plans, documentation requirements, contracts, evaluations, and a termination process that has to be handled exactly right. Most supervisors piece this together over time, from a rule here and a colleague's template there. The On-Demand Texas Social Work Supervision Toolkit puts it all in one place. Taught by two Texas LCSW-S supervisors, this course walks through the full arc of the supervisory relationship: vetting a potential supervisee, building a supervision file that meets board requirements, evaluating and remediating when concerns arise, setting your rates, and terminating well. Every requirement is tied to the specific rule behind it, so you know what's actually required, what's recommended, and what's neither. You'll also get the companion workbook, a practical reference with templates you can adapt for your own practice: supervision contracts, logs, evaluation forms, remediation plans, authorization letters, and more. It's yours to keep and reuse with every supervisee you take on. Earn 3 CE hours in ethics or supervision, on your schedule. Enroll today for instant access to the full training and toolkit.
