Why This Training Matters Right Now
If you're a supervisor, you already know the feeling: your supervisees come to you with questions, crises pop up, and somehow the week disappears. You're doing your best, but deep down you wonder if you're covering everything they actually need to learn. The truth? Most supervisors don't have a written curriculum. They have a calendar, a caseload, and whatever came up this week. This 3-hour live training changes that. You'll get ideas and strategies for deciding what to teach, when to teach it, and how to deliver it in a way that actually sticks. By the end, you'll have a curriculum map you can use with your team starting Monday. No more winging it. Just intentional, structured supervision that develops your team and reduces your stress.
